Listing your Home For Sale-We handle all aspects of listing your property, including RMS specific measurements, Professional Photography Services, Drone Footage (if applicable) ensuring it reaches a wide audience through effective marketing strategies.
MLS and Marketing Plan-Your home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) viewable by all Realtors® and their clients, and by consumers on Realtor.ca. A tailored marketing plan will include a combination of online/paid advertising, social media promotion, and open houses.
Receiving Offers- Take the guesswork out. I explain every detail of the offer, the strengths and weaknesses, and help the client decide how to negotiate best terms and conditions for each unique situation.
Coordinating and Assisting Buyers Conditions- Buyers generally have conditions where they would need access to the property with a licensed tradesperson, such as a home inspector, or the buyers lender may order an appraisal. We can coordinate access, and provide any requested info, to satisfy these conditions for the buyers.
